Chemical components of the spinel ladle brick comprise, by weight, 68-73% of MgO, 12-17% of Al2O3, 6-10% of C and the balance Si and inevitable impurities. According to the spinel ladle brick, the production technology is simple, harmful smelting impurities such as S and P are not contained, chemical activity is good, the spinel ladle brick can be widely used for meeting smelting requirements of electrical steel, special steel, clean steel, mild steel, ordinary steel and various types of steel, the service life of the ladle brick can be substantially prolonged, and economic value is obvious.
