Steel ladle air brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a steel ladle air brick and a preparation method thereof. The steel ladle air brick is prepared from the following raw materials: 50-70wt% of alum slag particles, 3-10wt% of sintered 90 aluminum-magnesium defect spinel fine particles and 3-8wt% of hot pressed sintered carbonitride fine particles which are taken as aggregates; 3-10 wt% of active alpha-Al2O3 micro powder, 1-3 wt% of hydrated alumina micro powder, 5-8 wt% of sintered 90 aluminum magnesium defect spinel micro powder, 0.5-1.5 wt% of pure alumina calcium cement and 5-10 wt% of carbonitride pretreated composite micro powder which are taken as matrixes; and 0.05-0.5 wt% of urea, 0.5-1.0 wt% of alloy powder, 0.02-0.2 wt% of a thermal shock stabilizer and 3-5 wt% of a liquid water reducer which are taken as additives. The steel ladle air brick has the beneficial effect that the prepared air brick has the characteristics of high strength, high thermal shock resistance, molten steel scouring resistance, steel slag permeation resistance, excellent erosion resistance, burning loss resistance, no need for backwashing and long service life.
