Preparation method of andalusite and mullite composite brick
The invention relates to a fire-resistant material, in particular to a preparation method of an andalusite and mullite composite brick. The raw materials comprise, by weight, 30-50 parts of crystal-phase materials and 50-70 parts of bonding base materials, and an adequate amount of microcrystal nucleating agents are added, wherein the crystal-phase materials comprise 40-60 wt% of andalusite aggregate and 60-40 wt% of mullite aggregate, and the grain size of the aggregate is smaller than 0.65 mm. The andalusite and mullite composite brick has the advantages of having a high crystal structure and being excellent in oxidation resistance, high in degree of fire resistance, high in use temperature, low in coefficient of thermal expansion, high in compressive strength, low in specific gravity, excellent in thermal stability, good in antistrip performance, high in high temperature bending strength and long in service life; the preparation technology has the advantages of being simple in technology, low in cost, suitable for large-scale production and suitable for preparing fire-resistant kiln furniture and structural materials.
