Andalusite-mullite composite material brick
The invention provides an andalusite-mullite composite material brick. The andalusite-mullite composite material brick has high inoxidizability, stripping resistance, high refractoriness, a high usage temperature, a low thermal expansion coefficient, good strength, low weight, excellent heat stability and a long service life. The andalusite-mullite composite material brick comprises, by weight, 30-50 parts of a crystal phase material and 50-70 parts of a binding base material, and the number of the total weight parts of the crystal phase material and the binding base material is 100. The andalusite-mullite composite material brick also comprises a proper amount of a microcrystalline nucleating agent. The crystal phase material comprises 40-60wt% of andalusite aggregate and 60-40wt% of mullite aggregate and the above aggregate has particle sizes less than 0.65mm. The andalusite-mullite composite material brick has the advantages of high crystal structure, excellent inoxidizability, high refractoriness, high usage temperature, low thermal expansion coefficient, good compressive strength, low specific gravity, excellent heat stability, stripping resistance, high high-temperature breaking strength and long service life.
