Ceramic particle coloring strengthening method
The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic particle production, and particularly discloses a ceramic particle coloring strengthening method. The method comprises the following steps that 1, water with the volume equal to 4-6 times of that of liquid sodium silicate is added to the liquid sodium silicate for dilution, pyrolusite with the degree of fineness larger than 600 meshes is added to prepare mixed liquor, and the mass percentage content of the pyrolusite in the mixed liquor is controlled to range from 10% to 14%; 2, ceramic particles to be treated are taken and sprayed with the mixed liquor obtained in the first step when stirring is conducted, and the sprayed mixed liquor accounts for 2.5%-3.5% by mass percent of the ceramic particles; 3, the ceramic particles obtained in the second step are sintered for 10-15 min at the temperature ranging from 800 DEG C to 950 DEG C and then cooled to the room temperature, and coloring strengthening is completed. The treated ceramic particles are uniform in color and lustre, and the strength is improved.
