The invention discloses a ceramic glaze coloring process which comprises the following steps: 1, coating a layer of transparent glaze water on a sintered ceramic ware; 2, the glazed ceramic is put into a kiln to be fired, the firing time process is 24-48 h, and the temperature ranges from 1200 DEG C to 1300 DEG C; 3, coating a layer of oily overglaze color pigment on the ceramic ware coated with the transparent glaze water, airing for half-drying for 10-16 hours to obtain a semi-finished product, and forming an oily pigment layer on the outer surface of the semi-finished product at the moment; the color of the pigment can be red, yellow, blue or a mixed color of the three colors; 4, on the semi-finished product, the oily pigment layer smeared on the ceramic ware is smeared open through a writing brush or a brush or other painting tools, and the needed pattern is drawn; 5, airing, wherein the airing time is one day or several days; and (6) firing in a kiln: firing for 4-6 hours in an environment of 780-830 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 10-20 minutes, naturally cooling, and discharging to obtain a finished product. The ceramic glaze coloring process disclosed by the invention is unique in process, and the patterns and colors can be varied and diversified.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷釉上彩工艺,它包含如下步骤:一、在烧好的陶瓷器皿上,涂抹一层透明釉水;二、将上好釉的陶瓷放进窑内烧制,烧窑时间过程为24‑48h,温度在1200‑1300℃;三、在上好透明釉水的陶瓷器皿上,涂抹一层油性釉上彩颜料,并晾半干,晾半干过程时间为10‑16小时,制得半成品,此时半成品的外表面上形成油性颜料层;颜料的颜色可为红色、黄色、蓝色或三色混合出的颜色;四、在半成品上,用毛笔、毛刷或其他作画工具,把涂在陶瓷器皿上的油性颜料层抹开,画出所需的图案;五、进行晾干,晾干时间为一天或数天;六、入窑烧制,在780℃‑830℃环境下烧制4‑6小时,保温时间10‑20分钟后,自然冷却、出炉,制得成品;本发明所述的一种陶瓷釉上彩工艺,工艺独特,图案及色彩可以多变多样。
