The invention discloses a waterproof-layer laying device for collapsible loess roads. The waterproof-layer laying device comprises a waterproof-film accommodating cavity, a ploughing mechanism and a hauling mechanism, wherein a waterproof film roll is fixed in the waterproof-film accommodating cavity in a rotating manner; the lower part of the waterproof-film accommodating cavity is in a cusp shape; the waterproof-film accommodating cavity is used for being hammered into the ground under the effect of external force, so that the middle and lower part of the waterproof film roll is positioned under the ground; the ploughing mechanism is in a strip shape, and is used for fixing the tip of the waterproof film roll and hauling the tip to break ground and move in the extending direction of a road so as to longitudinally spread the waterproof film roll on two sides of the road; the hauling mechanism is connected with the ploughing mechanism, and is used for providing traction for the ploughing mechanism; the hauling mechanism is also used for enabling the ploughing mechanism to keep the set attitude when being hauled. The waterproof-layer laying device disclosed by the invention is specially used for roadbed structures, is simple and firm in structure, and is convenient and efficient in construction. The waterproof-layer laying device solves the laying problem of waterproof films for novel roadbed structures.
