The invention relates to the field of road maintenance machinery, in particular to a barrier removing road surface grooving machine. The barrier removing road surface grooving machine comprises a machine body, a barrier removing shovel, a rotating shaft, blades, steel wire brushes, a water guiding pipe and a water tank, wherein the barrier removing shovel is mounted at the front end of the bottom of the machine body; the rotating shaft is mounted behind the barrier removing shovel; the upper end of the rotating shaft is connected with the machine body; the blade is mounted at the lower end of the rotating shaft; the steel wire brushes are mounted on the blade; a water guiding pipe is mounted in the rotating shaft; one end of the water guiding pipe is connected with the water tank on the machine body; and the other end of the water guiding pipe is mounted at the lower end of the rotating shaft. According to the invention, barriers on the road surface can be removed in advance, the cutting quality of the blade can be improved, the temperature of the blade can be reduced, the service life of the blade can be prolonged, and the cost is saved.
