Connecting device for PC track beam
The invention provides a connecting device for a PC track beam. The connecting device for the PC track beam comprises two connecting pieces, wherein each connecting piece comprises an end sealing plate, an abutting plate and front stiffening ribs; the two end sealing plates are respectively arranged on the end surfaces of the two adjacent PC track beams; two lines of prestressed tendon hole groups which allow prestressed steel strands to penetrate through are arranged on the end sealing plate; one ends of the abutting plates are connected to the corresponding end sealing plates; the other ends of the abutting plates extend to the other connecting piece and connected with the other connecting piece; and the front stiffening ribs are positioned on the opposite internal sides of the two end sealing plates and respectively connected with the corresponding end sealing plates and the abutting plates. According to the invention, the connecting device and the track beams are poured into a whole body and all prestressed steel strands of the track beams are anchored on the end sealing plates so that the reliability of the connection between the connecting device and the track beam is ensured and secondary tensions of the prestressed steel strands are avoided. As a support capable of temporarily fixing beam bodies is arranged under the end parts of the PC track beams, a temporary bracket does not need to be erected so that the construction procedure is reduced, the construction cost is reduced and the construction efficiency is increased.
