The miniaturized rubber crawler type pavement deicing machine is a miniaturized pavement deicing device which is integrated with an impact type ice breaking apparatus, a rotary cut type ice breaking apparatus, a rubber crawler belt driving apparatus and a brash ice collection apparatus. The miniaturized rubber crawler type pavement deicing machine is characterized in that the impact type ice breaking apparatus is composed of multiple inertia wheels and cams (eccentric wheels), the rotary cut type ice breaking apparatus is composed of multiple ice breaking rollers, a plurality of milling heads are fixed on the ice breaking rollers, the multiple milling heads are arranged in a spiral mode, the brash ice collection apparatus can collect and store secondarily fragmented ice cubes, and an adjustment apparatus can adjust the distance between the impact type ice breaking apparatus and the ground and the distance between the rotary cut type ice breaking apparatus and the ground. The miniaturized rubber crawler type pavement deicing machine is applied to ice removal operation of such places with iced surfaces as community roads, campuses, squares, airports and the like.
