Prefabricated installing construction method of underwater steel platform
The invention relates to a construction method of an underground platform bearing beam, bracing steel pipes and inclined struts, in particular to a prefabricated installing construction method of an underwater steel platform. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, the main bearing beam, the inclined struts and the bracing steel pipes are welded in a machining field, the bracing steel pipes are welded to the main bearing beam through the inclined struts, half connectors are arranged at the two ends of each bracing steel pipe in a sleeving manner, and therefore a combined structure is formed, wherein the distance between the adjacent bracing steel pipes is larger than the diameter of steel pipe piles; secondly, the combined structure is transported to a construction field and hoisted to brackets on the tops of the steel pipe piles through a crawler belt; thirdly, the position of the combined structure is adjusted, and the steel pipe piles are ejected by the half connectors; and fourthly, the half connectors are connected with the steel pipe piles, the main bearing beam and the brackets in a welding manner, and a steel wire rope is dismounted. By means of the construction method, the installing speed of the steel platform can be increased, and meanwhile the installing quality of the platform can be improved.

By means of the construction method, the installing speed of the steel platform can be increased, and meanwhile the installing quality of the platform can be improved.
