The invention relates to a construction method for installing and fixing prefabricated parts of a building. A prefabricated part installing and fixing device is adopted in the construction method forinstalling and fixing the prefabricated parts of the building. The prefabricated part installing and fixing device comprises a base, a sliding frame, a supporting sliding column, a supporting spring,a positioning mechanism and a buffering mechanism. The construction method for installing and fixing the prefabricated parts of the building using the prefabricated part installing and fixing device comprises the following steps of S1, base surface cleaning; S2, positioning of the base; S3, prefabricated stair hoisting; S4, prefabricated stair bearing; and S5, prefabricated stair overlapping. Theproblems that during hoisting and installing of a stair in the prior art, the stair can not be in butt joint with a stair overlapping plate due to the fact that the stair is deflected to a certain extent in the hoisting process, and the safety is poor in the stair hoisting process due to the fact that the stair can not be buffered when the stair is hoisted are solved.
本发明涉及一种建筑预制构件安装固定施工方法，该建筑预制构件安装固定施工方法采用如下预制构件安装固定装置，该预制构件安装固定装置包括底座、滑动框、承托滑柱、承托弹簧、定位机构和缓冲机构；采用上述预制构件安装固定装置对建筑预制构件安装固定施工的方法，包括以下步骤：S1、基面清理；S2、底座定位；S3、预制楼梯吊放；S4、预制楼梯承托；S5、预制楼梯搭接。本发明可以解决现有针对楼梯进行吊运安装时存在的：楼梯在吊运过程中会发生一定程度的偏斜，使得楼梯与楼梯搭接板无法进行对接；楼梯进行吊运时无法对楼梯进行缓冲，造成楼梯在吊运过程中存在安全性较差等问题。
