The invention discloses a construction method for a building pile body in an underground space. The underground space comprises a space bottom serving as a building foundation and a space top connected with the ground. The space bottom is at least provided with a first part bearing high pressure and a second part bearing low pressure. The difference value of the first force difference between the buoyancy and the pressure which are exerted on the second part and the second force difference of the buoyancy and the pressure which are exerted on the first part is larger than the maximum breaking-resistant force of the connecting part of the first part and the second part. A first pile body set used for supporting and fixing the first part is arranged below the first part, a second pile body set used for supporting and fixing the second part is arranged below the second part, and it is ensured that the force difference of the buoyancy and the pressure which are exerted on the second part is smaller than the maximum breaking-resisting force and the maximum tensile strength of the second pile body set.
