The invention discloses a construction method for a building pile of an underground space, wherein the underground space comprises a space bottom used as a building foundation and a space top connected with the ground; the space bottom is at least provided with a first part for bearing relatively-high pressure and a second part for bearing relatively-low pressure; the difference value between a first difference of buoyancy and pressure borne by the second part and a second difference of buoyancy and pressure borne by the first part is larger than the maximum breaking-resistant strength of a joint part of the first part and the second part; and a first pile group for supporting and fixing the first part is arranged below the first part, and a second pile group for supporting and fixing the second part is arranged below the second part, so that the difference of the buoyancy and pressure borne by the second part is kept to be smaller than the maximum breaking-resistant strength and the maximum tensile strength of the second pile group.
