To provide a locking device capable of easily opening/closing a cover member.SOLUTION: A locking device is a locking device that includes: a pedestal fixed to a fixture in a fixed part 51; an operation part that is rotatably attached to the pedestal so as to lock/unlock the fixture by a rotation operation; and a cover member 40 that is attached to at least one end slidably with respect to the pedestal and is configured to switch between a closed state that covers at least the fixed part 51 of the pedestal and an open state that the pedestal is exposed by a slide operation. The cover member 40 is configured to hold the closed state by engaging with the engaged portion 55 provided on an end face portion of the pedestal in the closed state, and the cover member 40 holds the open state by engaging with a groove engaging portion 53 provided on a side surface portion of the pedestal in the open state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
