Novel built-in self-heating floor based on carbon fiber surface heating body
The invention provides a novel built-in self-heating floor based on a carbon fiber surface heating body. The novel built-in self-heating floor based on the carbon fiber surface heating body comprises a flexible wood surface layer, a warm core layer and a flexible wood base layer. The warm core layer is a carbon fiber surface heating layer. A manufacturing method comprises S1. weaving a carbon fiber and other fibers by a weaving machine to obtain carbon fiber paper or a carbon fiber fabric; S.2 combining the surface of the carbon fiber paper or the carbon fiber fabric made by S.1 with an insulation layer and electrodes through hot pressing to obtain a carbon fiber surface heating layer; and S.3 cutting the carbon fiber surface heating layer made by S2., the surface layer and the base layer into appropriate sizes. The built-in self-heating floor based on the carbon fiber surface heating body can be obtained. The built-in self-heating floor based on the carbon fiber surface heating body is light and thin, high in strength, good in heating efficiency, uniform in heat distribution, energy saving, environmentally friendly, high in economic value, and suitable for popularization and application.
