The invention provides a heating floor system and a self-heating floor thereof, the heating floor system comprises a bearing plate, a main heating wire is embedded in the bearing plate, and an elastic sealing ring, a clamping and embedding positioning device and a thermal expansion tightening device are sequentially arranged on the inner wall of a clamping groove from inside to outside; a mounting groove is formed in the bearing plate, the mounting groove comprises a plurality of transverse channels and longitudinal channels which are communicated, the mounting groove is communicated with the main heating wire, a plurality of conductive clamping devices electrically connected to the main heating wire are arranged in the mounting groove, and the mounting groove is used for containing adjustable heating wires placed according to any route; and a plurality of heat discoloration coatings are independently arranged in areas divided by the mounting groove. According to the heating floor system and the self-heating floor thereof, when the heating floor system is used for heating, stable connection at the inserting position is ensured, water vapor is prevented from permeating from gaps, different adjustable heating wires can be arranged in different bearing plates, and then independent temperature adjustment is achieved at different positions.
