Manufacturing method for high-simulation artificial stalactite
The invention relates to a manufacturing method for high-simulation artificial stalactite, in particular to a manufacturing method for three-grade high-simulation artificial stalactite. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of die blank moulding, detail modifying, paste substance spray and drip forming (primary stalactite forming), white primer spraying (intermediate stalactite forming), base color spraying, shape simulating manufacturing and surface treatment (high-grade stalactite forming). The stalactite obtained through the method is firm in structure, natural in appearance flow line, high in simulation degree compared with natural stalactite, short in production period, low in cost and simple in process, the requirement for the professional degree of operators is low, and no engraving treatment is needed.
