Method for producing double-specification archaized bricks sintered in same kiln
The invention discloses a method for producing double-specification archaized bricks sintered in a same kiln. The method comprises the following steps: 1) producing a blank material; 2) performing ball milling on the blank material to obtain a slurry, then sieving the slurry and producing a powder material by a spray tower; 3) aging the powder material in a bunker for 2-3 days and then conveying into a pressing machine for pressing and molding the material, wherein the molded specification is a first specification; 4) placing the pressed blank bricks in a dry kiln for drying processing, alternatively laminating and arranging the blank bricks with first specification and the blank bricks with a second specification; 5) glazing the dried blank bricks according to different patterns and printing the blank bricks; 6) alternatively arranging the blank bricks after glazing and printing processing according to the first specification and the second specification, introducing the blank bricks into the kiln and sintering the blank bricks to obtain the archaized bricks; and 7) edging the archaized bricks, and sorting and packaging the archaized bricks. The archaized bricks with different specifications can be sintered in the same kiln, investment is saved, and production cost is reduced.
