The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high-grade building materials of landscape bricks and archaized bricks from coal gangue, which comprises the following steps of: finely grinding the coal gangue to pass through a 0.42 mm sieve, finely grinding bentonite to pass through a 0.18 mm sieve, and fully and uniformly mixing and stirring the sieved coal gangue and bentonite to obtain a mixed material; putting sodium hexametaphosphate and hydroxymethyl cellulose into water to be diluted, uniformly spraying on the surface of the mixed material, and uniformly stirring the materials ; after aging, putting into a forming mold, and pressing by using a 350-ton hydraulic machine to obtain a semi-finished blank; and drying the semi-finished green body for 24 hours in an environment with the temperature of 42 DEG C and the relative humidity of 70%, putting the dried semi-finished green body into a tunnel kiln, carrying out gradient heating roasting, cooling in a reducing atmosphere, and discharging the cooled semi-finished green body out of the tunnel kiln to obtain the landscape brick. The high-grade building material for the landscape bricks and the archaized bricks takes the coal gangue as a main raw material, is environment-friendly and economical, has the characteristic of high strength, is high in product yield, and is a high-grade building material for the landscape bricks and the archaized bricks with high ornamental value and practicability.
一种利用煤矸石制作景观砖、仿古砖高档建筑材料的方法,取煤矸石磨细过0.42mm筛全通过,取斑脱石磨细过0.18mm筛全通过,把过筛后的煤矸石和斑脱石充分混拌均匀,得到混合物料;取六偏磷酸钠、取羟甲基纤维素放入水中稀释均匀喷洒在混合物料表面,搅拌均匀;陈化后,放入成型模具中,用350吨液压机压制,获得半成品坯体;将半成品坯体在温度42℃、相对湿度70%的环境中,烘干24h后,装入隧道窑中,梯度升温焙烧后,在还原气氛下冷却,出窑,得到景观砖。该景观砖、仿古砖高档建筑材料以煤矸石为主要原料,环保、经济,制作的建筑材料具有高强度的特点,产品成品率高,是一种高观赏性和实用性的优质景观砖、仿古砖高档建材。
