ZrO2-MoS2-CaF2 high-temperature self-lubricating wear-resistant material
The invention discloses a ZrO2 ceramic-matrix high-temperature self-lubricating wear-resistant material. The ZrO2-MoS2-CaF2 material is prepared through sintering partially stable powder such as ZrO2, MoS2 and CaF2 through vacuum hotpressing. According to the material, the density is 4.50-5.40 g/cm<3>, and the rigidity is 4.50-10 GPa; when the material is combined with Al2O3 ceramic, the friction coefficient is 0.14-0.40 at the room temperature of 1000 DEG C, the wear rate is (1.83-43.8)*10<-6> mm<3>/Nm, and a remarkable self-lubricating property is achieved.
