Disperse alumina micro powder and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to disperse alumina micro powder and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method is characterized by using 70-85wt% of alpha-Al2O3 micro powder, 2-15wt% of nano alpha-Al2O3, 1-5wt% of nano gamma-Al2O3 and 1-10wt% of nano alumina sol as raw materials, additionally adding dispersing agents accounting for 5-30wt% of the raw materials and organic alcohols accounting for 1-10wt% of the raw materials and mixing the materials uniformly; and standing at 60-80 DEG C for 1-12 hours and then carrying out mixed grinding at 80-110 DEG C for 0.1-3 hours by adopting thermal jet stream, thus obtaining the disperse alumina micro powder. The preparation method has the characteristics of simple process, low production cost and high production efficiency. The prepared disperse alumina micro powder not only has the advantages of small average grain size, bimodal distribution, difficulty in agglomeration, good flowability and large water reduction quantity but also can achieve the effect of improving the strength and erosion resistance of materials.
