Method for preparing supermicroporous sound-absorbing board from building waste residue
The invention relates to a method for preparing a supermicroporous sound-absorbing board from building waste residue and belongs to the field of sound-absorbing materials. High-frequency absorption intensity of existing sound-absorbing materials is fine, but low-frequency sound-absorbing coefficient is low and cannot meet use requirements of existing buildings and bridges. According to the invention, a supermicroporous sound-absorbing sheet material is prepared by the following steps: discarded wood is primarily corroded by moss; then, white rot fungi, Fistulina hepatica and Piptoporus betulinus are cultured to carry out biological corrosion on the primarily-corroded wood board so as to prepare a supermicroporous mold; slurry prepared from steel slag powder, clay, dolomite, feldspar and quartz stone is poured into the supermicroporous mold, and the poured supermicroporous mold is then sintered to prepare a supermicroporous sound-absorbing board. By the above method, low-frequency sound-absorbing efficiency is raised by 30-35%. As the supermicroporous sound-absorbing board is prepared from building waste residue, costs are saved and the product is green and pollution-free.
