The invention discloses a road pavement or airfield pavement paving structure. The road pavement or airfield pavement paving structure comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-65 parts of coarse aggregate, 39-43 parts of fine aggregate, 25-28 parts of cement, 11-13 parts of water, fibers, 0.5-0.6 part of a water reducer, 0.012-0.02 part of coagulation-acceleration and early strength agent, and 0.05-0.06 part of a defoaming agent, wherein the volume of the fibers accounts for 0.60%-0.85% of the total volume of the road pavement or airfield pavement paving structure; the paving structure, from the top surface to the bottom surface, comprises a coarse aggregate layer, a coarse-fine aggregate transition layer, a fine aggregate layer and a fiber layer which are sequentially arranged. Mechanical property of the paving structure can be adapted to the graded distribution rule of stress of the road pavement and the airfield pavement, and the paving structure is long in service life; meanwhile, the invention further provides a preparation method for the paving structure, and the preparation method can be used for preparing the paving structure in graded distribution. The invention further provides a pipe die which enables a material surface to have skid resistance.

The invention discloses a road pavement or airfield pavement paving structure.
