The invention relates to a shock absorbing floor tile, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The shock absorbing floor tile comprises a water guide layer, a shock absorbing layer, a water storage layer and a basal layer arranged in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the water guide layer is provided with a water guide hole communicated with the water guide layer; the shock absorbing layer is formed by gathering elastic particle substances; a communicated hole is formed in the shock absorbing layer; the hole is communicated with the water storage layer; opening places at the upper and lower ends of the water guide hole extend all around in a bell mouth form; and the diameters of the bell mouths are larger than 10 mm. The floor tile has a shock relieving function, and has excellent drainage performance.
