The invention relates to a greening shock absorbing floor tile and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The greening shock absorbing floor tile comprises a water guide layer, a shock absorbing layer, a water storage layer and a base layer, which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein water guide holes penetrating through the water guide layer are formed in the water guide layer; the shock absorbing layer is formed by gathering elastic granular substances, cut-through pores exist in the shock absorbing layer, and the pores communicate with the water storage layer; and a greening part is further arranged on the water guide layer, the greening part is a cavity which penetrates through the water guide layer and communicate with the shock absorbing layer, and mud and green plants planted in the mud are arranged in the greening part. The floor tile has a shock absorbing function and great water draining performance, and meanwhile, also has a greening function.
