Disclosed is a construction method of a composite function layer applied to a bridge deck with an ice and snow melting function. The construction method is characterized in that the composite function layer is located on the lower portion of a bridge deck surface layer, and a heat conducting layer, a heat insulating layer and a reinforced concrete layer are arranged from the bridge deck surface layer to the bottom in sequence. Construction of the composite function layer is accomplished by means of the steps of bridge deck treatment, laying of the heat insulating layer, construction of tooth-shaped grooves, embedment of a heat insulating pad layer, installation of heating devices and laying of the heat conducting layer in sequence. According to the invention, the invention purposes that the heat is rapidly transferred to the road surface in a unidirectional mode, the heat efficiency is improved, and the heating devices are effectively protected are achieved by means of the composite function layer.
