The invention provides an ultrathin sealing layer with a self-snow melting function. The ultrathin sealing layer comprises a wearing layer, an aggregate layer and a bonding layer, wherein the aggregate layer comprises a particle mixture, the particle mixture comprises self-snow melting particles, the bonding layer is used for being arranged on a road and bridge surface, the wearing layer is arranged on the bonding layer, the particle mixture is located between the wearing layer and the bonding layer and is embedded in the wearing layer and the bonding layer respectively, and the overall thickness is 2.5mm-5.0mm. Preferably, the thickness of the wearing layer ranges from 1.0mm to 2.5mm, and the wearing layer is a water-based polymer resin mortar material layer. The particle size of the particle mixture is 1mm-3mm, and the particle mixture also comprises natural aggregate. And the self-snow melting particles account for 20-70% of the particle mixture by weight. And the coverage rate of the aggregate layer to the bonding layer is 50%-80%. The thickness of the bonding layer ranges from 1.0mm to 2.5mm, and the bonding layer is a water-based polymer resin mortar material layer. The invention also provides a related construction method.
