A tunnel pipe joint 5 can enter the sinking and containing chamber 2 to conduct installation work of a sinking pipe from the top of the sinking and containing chamber 2. The sinking-pipe construction device has the beneficial effects that sediment or sludge can be effectively prevented from entering the installation position of the sinking pipe, and the amount of extracted soil mass is small.
