Roof greening rainwater utilization system and method based on plant transpiration
The invention discloses a roof greening rainwater utilization system and method based on plant transpiration. A super-strong water absorption material is mainly utilized to connect a rainwater collection system and a roof greening system in series, rainwater in a rainwater collection pool under the ground is absorbed by the super-strong water absorption material in a rainwater pipe network by virtue of the plant transpiration of the roof greening system, and the rainwater is used for self-growth of plants. According to the invention, a passive mode is adopted to recycle rainwater for roof greening irrigation so as to solve the problem of energy consumption of rainwater recycling, thereby fully utilizing the rainwater and reducing the roof greening irrigation and management costs.
