The invention discloses electric control water-supply equipment with no pressure, a water supply system and a water supply control method. The electric control water-supply equipment with no pressure comprises a main water inlet pipe, a main water outlet pipe, a water pump and an electric control cabinet, wherein a controller is arranged inside the electric control cabinet; the water pump is connected between the main water inlet pipe and the main water outlet pipe; an openable/closable function extension nozzle is additionally arranged on the main water inlet pipe; a first pressure sensor is arranged on the main water inlet pipe; a second pressure sensor is arranged on the main water outlet pipe; and the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor are respectively connected to the controller. The equipment water supply control method includes a dynamic water pressure adjustment mode and a water tank water supply mode, so that the water supply stability and the water supply reliability of the equipment are improved; and by virtue of a compensator with no steady flow, the manufacturing cost and the manufacturing volume of the electric control water-supply equipment with no pressure are reduced, and an installation process is simplified.
