The invention discloses a water inlet valve and a water outlet noise reducing structure thereof. The water inlet valve comprises a water inlet channel, a water outlet channel and a water stopping assembly which enables the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel to be communicated or cut off. An elastic water stopping part is arranged at the water outlet end of the water outlet channel. When water enters the water inlet valve, the water stopping part opens the water outlet end of the water outlet channel under the effect of water pressure, and when the water is stopped by the water inlet valve, the water stopping part seals the water outlet end of the water outlet channel automatically under the effect of elastic force, so that gas and liquid mixing occurring in a water outlet pipe when the water inlet valve is just started for water entering is avoided, noise generated when the water inlet valve is opened is greatly reduced, and then higher-grade market demands are met.
