The invention provides an anti-deviation and deodorant public toilet excrement separating and collecting device which is a mechanical device used for locally separating and collecting public toilet excrement. The anti-deviation and deodorant public toilet excrement separating and collecting device is characterized in that anti-deviation and deodorant measures are adopted; correcting drag hooks are arranged at three positions of a rack to hook the hooked edges on the two sides of conveyor belt, and therefore normal operation of the flexible annular conveyor belt in working is guaranteed; a deodorant baffle on a scraping plate box is driven and controlled by a speed-changing motor, the deodorant baffle does not make contact with the excrement when the deodorant baffle is opened, the deodorant baffle is automatically closed and sealed with a scraping plate after being closed, and therefore odor in an excrement collecting barrel is prevented from leaking out; a belt wheel and a toothed roller are arranged below a scraping opening of the scraping plate box, and therefore tension weakening of the excrement scraping belt surface is relieved; further more, the back side of the scraping plate box is provided with a spring, the scraping opening always abuts against the annular conveyor belt, and therefore the excrement trace on the belt surface of the conveyor belt can be effectively scraped and cleaned; in addition, water supplying is controlled by a button and a solenoid water valve, and therefore water saving is better achieved.
