Steel beam and prefabricated floor connecting structure and construction method
The invention discloses a steel beam and prefabricated floor slab connecting structure and construction method. The connecting structure comprises a steel beam, studs perpendicular to the upper end face of the steel beam, and a pair of prefabricated floor slabs erected on the two sides of the studs on the upper portion of the steel beam correspondingly and arranged at a preset gap. Prefabricated floor slab stressed steel bars extending in the length direction of the prefabricated floor slabs are arranged in the prefabricated floor slabs, the prefabricated floor slab stressed steel bars protrude out of the prefabricated floor slabs, and the steel beam and the pair of prefabricated floor slabs are connected into a whole through post-poured concrete; and additional stressed steel bars for connecting the prefabricated floor slab stressed steel bars of the pair of prefabricated floor slabs are arranged in the post-cast concrete. According to the steel beam and prefabricated floor slab connecting structure and construction method, truss ribs can be saved, the construction difficulty is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, the prefabricated floor slabs and the steel beam canbe connected into a whole through the post-poured concrete, and the overall rigidity is improved.
本发明公开了一种钢梁与预制楼板连接结构及施工方法,连接结构包括钢梁、垂直所述钢梁上端面设置的栓钉、以及一对分别搭设设于所述钢梁上方的所述栓钉两侧、且以预设间隙设置的预制楼板;所述预制楼板内设有沿其长度方向延伸的预制楼板受力钢筋,所述预制楼板受力钢筋凸出于所述预制楼板外,所述钢梁和一对所述预制楼板通过后浇混凝土连接为一体,且所述后浇混凝土内设有连接一对所述预制楼板的所述预制楼板受力钢筋的附加受力钢筋。上述钢梁与预制楼板连接结构及施工方法能够节约桁架筋、降低施工难度、提高施工效率,能够将预制楼板和钢梁借助后浇混凝土连接为一个整体,提升整体刚度。
