The invention provides a prefabricated plate and prefabricated wall joint, comprising a prefabricated plate and a prefabricated wall connected with the same. A connector is disposed at a connection of the prefabricated plate and the prefabricated wall. The connector comprises a reinforced frame. The prefabricated plate, the prefabricated wall and the connector therebetween are integrally cast through cast-in-place concrete. Therefore, the joint with this structure is used at the joint of the prefabricated plate and the prefabricated wall, reinforcement is made into the reinforced frame, the joint of the prefabricated plate is under cast in place in small size, the site manufacturing of the joint will cause high consumption of labor cost, the use of the prefabricated frame allows mechanical batch manufacturing in a workshop, the dimensional conformity of the frame with the design can be ensured, manufacturing cost can be greatly reduced at the same time, the integrity and aseismic performance of the joint of the prefabricated plate and the prefabricated wall are substantially improved after the casting of the cast-in-place concrete, the middle breakage of the joint is thus avoided during the action of a seismic hazard, and the integrity and safety of a building are improved.
