Vermiculite and calcium silicate composite board capable of releasing negative oxygen ions and its production method
The invention relates to a vermiculite and calcium silicate composite board capable of releasing negative oxygen ions. A vermiculite and tourmaline mixed layer is spread on an ordinary calcium silicate board to form the composite board. The vermiculite and tourmaline mixed layer is made by mixing by weight: expanded vermiculite 10-40%, tourmaline 0-5% and an adhesive 60-90%, and the composite board is made by spreading the vermiculite and tourmaline mixed layer on the ordinary calcium silicate board by secondary distribution prior to pressing, curing and drying. Compared with the prior art, the composite board has functional features such as the ability to release negative ions in long time and to purify pollutants such as formaldehyde, good moisture absorbing and releasing performance, good breathability, fire protection, acoustic insulation, corrosion resistance, mold resistance and low cost, is a green ecological building product and has a promising market prospect.
