Gypsum plaster board capable of releasing negative oxygen ions and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a gypsum plaster board capable of releasing negative oxygen ions and a preparation method thereof. The gypsum plaster board comprises semi-hydrated industrial by-product gypsumand tourmaline powder, wherein the semi-hydrated industrial by-product gypsum is selected from any one or two of semi-hydrated phosphogypsum and semi-hydrated desulfurized gypsum. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding the semi-hydrated industrial byproduct gypsum, water, a binder, tourmaline powder, glass fibers and a water reducing agent into a mixer, and uniformly stirring to obtain first slurry; adding a foaming agent into the first slurry, and uniformly stirring to obtain second slurry; and combining the second slurry with upper and lower surface protection paperfor molding, cutting and drying to obtain the gypsum plaster board. The gypsum plaster board can release more negative oxygen ions, has the function of purifying the environment, and is simple in preparation process and low in cost.
