Interior wall diatom mud coating and coating method
The invention relates to an interior wall diatom mud coating and a coating method, wherein the outside of the wall base is coated with a putty layer; the outside of the putty layer is brushed with a prime coat; the outside of the prime coat is brushed with a lattice seam dope layer; the outside of the lattice seam dope layer is coated with a diatom mud paint ground layer; the outside of the diatom mud paint ground layer is coated with a diatom mud paint surface layer. First, the wall base is cleaned; the putty is smeared on the processed wall base for 2-3 channels and the thickness of each channel is 1-2 mm; one channel of the priming paint is smeared outside the putty layer; the lattice seam dope layer won't be brushed fully and only the lattice seam shall be brushed and then dried for protection with a piece of goffered paper; 2 channels of diatom mud paint ground layer is smeared and the thickness of each channel is 0.5-1mm; and a spray gun is used to spray the diatom mud paint surface layer on the outside of the diatom mud paint ground layer. In this way, the decorative surface has a strong 3D sense; indoor steam and harmful gas can be absorbed; various materials in the coating can be selected as an aqueous green environmental protection material; according to the coating method, the diatom mud paint can be pressed flat; the surface intensity can be raised; and the powder won't get off easily.
