The invention belong to building energy saving outer wall outer insulation system material technology field, more specifically a novel fireproof rock wool sandwich board and an interface osmotic agent preparation method. The method comprises steps of paving a grid cloth and a mortar layer in order on the two sides of the rock wool board; penetrating the board with a suture for fastening; conducting penetration cladding to the enhanced grid surface of the stitched rock wool board so as to consolidate the rock wool board insulation base interface, the grid cloth and the subsequent surface mortar interlayer combination. By adding 20%-50% quartz sand in 70-140 meshes, 30%-50% Portland cement in reasonable grade, 40%-50% styrene-acrylic acid copolymer emulsion and 0.3%-0.8%, a penetration cladding layer by layer is formed, therefore the rock wool board, the grid cloth layer and the surface mortar layer are integral and are combined tightly. The processing technology is simple; the requirement to environment condition is low; the application prospect is wide; and the sandwich board is beneficial for staff's health.
