The invention discloses an external wall heat-preservation decorative plate with vacuum heat insulation and enhanced construction structures. The external wall heat-preservation decorative plate comprises a decorative plate, a heat-preservation layer, U-shaped steel hooks and a bottom plate, wherein a U-shaped opening end of each U-shaped steel hook is vertically embedded into the bottom plate; steel rods are inserted into the U-shaped steel hooks at the two ends of the bottom plate; a vacuum concave cavity is formed in the heat-preservation layer; and an exhausting valve for vacuumizing the vacuum concave cavity is arranged on the decorative plate. According to the external wall heat-preservation decorative plate, the U-shaped steel hooks are arranged on the bottom plate; the U-shaped steel hooks are embedded into a binding agent in an installing process; the heat-preservation decorative integrated plate is subjected to a binding force of the binding agent and is also subjected to a pull force of the U-shaped steel hooks, so that the binding intensity between the heat-preservation decorative integrated plate and the external wall can be greatly enhanced; in the installing process, the heat-preservation decorative plate can be welded with a keel, which is fixed on the external wall in advance, through the steel rods, so that the installation convenience is relatively good, and the appearance of the decorative plate is not damaged when the decorative plate is connected with the keel; and the vacuum concave cavity is formed in the heat-preservation layer and the vacuum is used for preserving heat and insulating heat, so that the heat-preservation effect is relatively good, the consumption of a heat-preservation layer material is less and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
