The invention discloses an external wall foaming heat-preservation decorative plate with vacuum heat insulation function. The external wall foaming heat-preservation decorative plate comprises a decorative plate and a heat-preservation layer, wherein a connection plate is arranged at a groove opening part of the decorative plate; a vacuum concave cavity is formed in the heat-preservation layer; and an exhausting valve for vacuumizing the vacuum concave cavity is arranged on the decorative plate. According to the external wall foaming heat-preservation decorative plate, the connection plate is arranged at the groove opening part of the decorative plate and an anchoring screw is arranged on the connection plate by directly punching in an installing process, so that the installation of the heat-preservation decorative plate is very convenient and the installation work is relatively simple; a decorative surface of the decorative plate is not damaged in the installing process; the vacuum concave cavity is formed in the heat-preservation layer and the vacuum concave cavity is vacuumized through the exhausting valve after the heat-preservation layer is fixed on the decorative plate, so that the heat-preservation decorative integrated plate can be used for vacuum heat preservation and heat insulation and has relatively good heat-preservation effect; and by forming the vacuum concave cavity in the heat-preservation layer, the consumption of a heat-preservation material can be reduced and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
