The invention discloses a quick connection scaffold steel pipe which comprises a steel pipe body. Two supports are symmetrically mounted on the steel pipe body, the distance between the two supports is larger than the diameter of the steel pipe body, inserted pins are further arranged on the steel pipe body, and pin holes which are matched with pin rods of the inserted pins are formed in the supports; when two steel pipe bodies, namely, a first steel pipe body and a second steel pipe body, are about to be connected with each other in a crossed manner, the pin rods of the inserted pins of the first steel pipe body are inserted into the pin holes in the supports of the second steel pipe body, and the pin rods of the inserted pins of the second steel pipe body are inserted into the pin holes in the supports of the first steel pipe body. The quick connection scaffold steel pipe has the advantages that the traditional fastener connection modes of scaffold steel pipes are changed, bolts can be omitted, the supports are directly welded at preset mounting positions of the steel pipe, accordingly, the scaffold mounting and detaching efficiency can be greatly improved, and long-time bolt screwing operation can be omitted.
