The invention provides a cast-in-situ beam and column formwork clamp for buildings. The cast-in-situ beam and column formwork clamp comprises two edge barriers or column pipes. Two screws are respectively arranged on the upper portions of the inner sides of the two barriers or column pipes, right-handed and left-handed threads of the two screws correspond to one another, right-handed and left-handed nuts are correspondingly screwed on the right-handed and left-handed threads, and a force application rod is arranged on the outsides of the right-handed and left-handed nuts, so that the right-handed and left-handed nuts can be integrated with each other; a draw bar is penetratingly arranged in the middles of the two barriers or column pipes and is provided with nuts which are arranged on the outsides of the two barriers. The cast-in-situ beam and column formwork clamp has the advantages that the corresponding right-handed and left-handed screws are arranged on the inner side surfaces of the two barriers or column pipes, large beam and column formworks can be fixedly clamped by the aid of integral right-handed and left-handed nut structures, the two edge barriers can assuredly simultaneously inwardly or outwardly move under the corresponding effects of the right-handed and left-handed threads, labor can be relieved while the consistency is guaranteed, and the cast-in-situ beam and column formwork clamp can be particularly conveniently used for beams and columns with the widths larger than 400 mm.
