According to the present invention, the cerium component and the germanium component are effectively adjusted, the performance of the ceramic is changed, the strength is high, the bending strength achieves more than or equal to 100 MPa, the thermal stability is strong, the substantial temperature change can not cause the breaking of the billet, the highest resistance temperature can achieve 1000 DEG C, and the product is suitable for various heat resistance kitchen wares and heat resistance tableware, and can further be suitable for kiln wares, high temperature clampers and the like.
