Anti-abrasion and compression-resisting coating
The invention provides an anti-abrasion and compression-resisting coating, which is especially designed aiming at a vibration isolation support of an energy dissipation and vibration absorption system of a building. The anti-abrasion and compression-resisting coating is prepared from 2 percent of methyl pyrrolidone, 2 percent of naphtha, 85 percent of polytetrafluoroethene, 8 percent of molybdenum disulfide, 2 percent of methyl isobutyl ketone and 1 percent of xylene. The anti-abrasion and compression-resisting coating can be coated on a sliding seat which is internally arranged in an arc concave surface between an upper disc surface and a lower disc surface of the vibration isolation support; the sliding seat is formed by an upper sliding block and a lower sliding block; the top part of the upper sliding block is an arc convex surface, and the bottom part of the upper sliding block is an arc concave surface; the top part and the bottom part of the lower sliding block are both arc convex surfaces; excellent abrasion resistance and excellent compression-resisting capacity can be obtained, the anti-abrasion and compression-resisting coating can be suitable for energy dissipation and vibration absorption systems of various buildings, and an excellent vibration absorption effect is obtained because the upper disc surface and the lower disc surface of the vibration isolation support slide relative to the sliding seat while an earthquake encounters; meanwhile, the service life can be effectively prolonged, and an excellent industrial utilization value is achieved.
