Split-type steel bar sleeve full-grouting joint
The invention discloses a split-type steel bar sleeve full-grouting joint which is used in assembly-type connection of concrete prefabricated components or cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures in building construction. A split-type full-grouting sleeve is in a split-type structure and is mainly composed of a left grouting sleeve, a right grouting sleeve, and a connecting sleeve or a connecting joint, wherein the connecting sleeve or the connecting joint connects the left grouting sleeve to the right grouting sleeve through corresponding threads and connects the left grouting sleeve and the right grouting sleeve to a to-be-connected steel bar in a grouting manner to finally connect two steel bars to form the split-type steel bar sleeve full-grouting joint. Connections of the left grouting sleeve to the connecting sleeve and the right grouting sleeve to the connecting sleeve can be achieved respectively through a left-hand thread and a right-hand thread or can be achieved through threads in the same direction. The assembly structure allows split individual processing of the full-grouting sleeve so that processing difficulty is greatly reduced, and also allows tubular material processing, which is high in whole processing moulding efficiency, is less in material consumption and is low in cost when compared with round bar steel whole processing. The joint is especially suitable for full-grouting sleeve steel bar connection between prefabricated beams at a small installing distance in horizontal direction or transversal cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures.
