The split type combined grouting sleeve comprises a sleeve body, a threaded connector body, a blocking and clamping assembly and a nut seat, a containing cavity capable of containing grout is formed in the sleeve body, the two ends of the sleeve body are provided with a threaded connection end and an inserting connection end respectively, and a grouting opening and an exhaust opening which are communicated with the containing cavity are formed in the pipe wall of the sleeve body; the threaded connector body is installed at the threaded connection end of the sleeve body, a threaded connection cavity is formed in the threaded connector body, the blocking and clamping assembly is installed at the insertion end of the sleeve body, and the sleeve body is further provided with a nut seat used for preventing the blocking and clamping assembly from being disengaged from the insertion end in a matched mode. The inner ring of the blocking and clamping assembly is provided with a plurality of locking fins which are bent and extend in the axis direction of the blocking and clamping assembly so as to prevent the reinforcing steel bars and slurry inserted into the containing cavity from being pulled out of the inserting end, the connection reliability can be improved, and assembling is convenient.
本发明提出了一种分体式组合灌浆套筒，包括套筒本体、螺纹接头体、挡卡组件和螺母座，所述套筒本体内设有可容置浆液的容腔，其两端分别具有螺接端和插接端，所述套筒本体的管壁上开设有与所述容腔相连通的灌浆口和排气口，所述螺纹接头体安装在套筒本体的螺接端，所述螺纹接头体内具有螺纹连接腔，所述挡卡组件安装在套筒本体的插接端，所述套筒本体上还配设有用以阻止挡卡组件从插接端脱出的螺母座，所述挡卡组件的内圈设有若干个朝向其轴心方向弯折延伸的锁止翼片，以阻止插入容腔内的钢筋以及浆体从所述插接端拔出，能够提高连接的可靠性，并且方便组装。
