The invention discloses a waterproof type flashing board. The waterproof type flashing board comprises multiple tiled board bodies, wherein two sides of each board body vertically upwards extend and then horizontally inwards extend to form L-shaped clamp bodies, the clamp bodies on every two adjacent board bodies are contacted, a clamp strip for tightly connecting the two clamp bodies is arranged in the contact position and completely covers a gap between the two clamp bodies, and rubber layers are arranged on the surfaces, far away from each other, of every two adjacent clamp bodies; each board body adopts a two-layer structure and comprises a thermal insulation coating layer and a color steel tile layer from top to bottom. According to the waterproof type flashing board, the multiple board bodies are connected through the clamp bodies and the clamp strips, the gap between every two adjacent clamp bodies is completely covered with the corresponding clamp strip, rain leakage is avoided, besides, each board body adopts the two-layer structure, comprises the thermal insulation coating layer and the color steel tile layer from top to bottom and has certain thermal insulation effect, and each clamp body is L-shaped and is mainly used for guaranteeing that the corresponding clamp strip has low probability of falling off after being clamped on the clamp body.
