The invention provides a gutter snow-melting waterproof system, comprising a power cord, a temperature controller, a transformer, a signal receiver, a push switch, an electric heating line and a downcomer snow-melting line. A heat source layer is arranged on the left of the power cord. The front of the heat source layer is provided with a cord shunt. A temperature control box is connected to the left of the power cord. The temperature controller is disposed in the lower portion of the inside of the temperature control box. A temperature controller panel is provided with a display screen and an operating indicator light. The signal receiver and the transformer are disposed inside the temperature control box. The upper side of the temperature control box is provided with the push switch. The power cord is disposed in the heat source layer and connected with the downcomer snow-melting line. Compared with the prior art, the gutter snow-melting waterproof system has following advantages that the temperature of the heat source layer in the system can be controlled according to outside temperature, snow-melting waterproof coils are simple and convenient to place, and the system has waterproof and anti-electric leakage functions and is convenient to operate, energy efficient and high in operating efficiency.
