The invention relates to the technical field of roof waterproof construction, in particular to a gutter electric snow melting system and a construction method.The gutter electric snow melting system comprises a roof base layer, a parapet wall vertically arranged on the edge of the roof base layer and an isolation layer laid on the base face of the roof base layer, and a gutter is reserved between the isolation layer and the parapet wall; the gutter further comprises a first waterproof layer, a conductive heating layer, a heat conduction layer, a second waterproof layer, a temperature sensor and a control box. The first waterproof layer is laid in the gutter face of the gutter. The method comprises the following steps: (1) base layer treatment: carrying out base layer treatment on a construction surface of a gutter arranged on a roof base layer; the gutter is reasonable and compact in structure and convenient to use, accumulated snow in the gutter is heated and melted by arranging the conductive heating layer, it is ensured that the gutter drains water in time, and the freezing and thawing phenomenon is avoided; and by arranging the heat conduction layer, heat generated by the conductive heating layer is uniformly conducted in the gutter, and the gutter has the characteristics of stability, reliability and high efficiency.
